1. Skilled Workers:

3. Unskilled Workers:

1. Requirements: This category is for workers performing unskilled jobs that require less than two years of experience. 
2. This category is limited but has higher demand as it includes general service workers, factory workers, and cleaning staff.

1. For most job categories that can apply for the EB-3 visa, the employer must obtain a Labor Certification from the U.S. Department of Labor. 
2. This certification confirms that there are no available and qualified U.S. workers for the position and that hiring a foreign worker will not negatively affect the wages or working conditions of U.S. workers.

• Permanent Residency: EB-3 visa holders can apply for permanent residency in the U.S., which allows them to live and work in the country indefinitely.
